Set 1: 20 rope slams + 8 GHDs + 8 straight leg lowers
Set 2: 10 walking ball slams + 10 DB walking lunges + 2 stair sprints
Set 3: 100/150m row + 10 TRX pull ups + 10 SA Swiss ball press/side

Mornings spent here make heart singπ If you truly get in touch with a piece of carrot, you get in touch with the soil, the rain, the sunshine. You get in touch with Mother Earth and eating in such a way, you feel in touch with true life, your roots, and that is meditation. If we chew every morsel of our food in that way we become grateful and when you are grateful, you are happy.

Such a beautiful view onto the farm - Spring has definitely sprung. If you haven't checked out this incredible space just outside the heart of the Sydney then you need to. A beautiful farm and community recreation area, awesome coffee & take away good container, workshops on permaculture, sustainability & more and an incredible restaurant serving the freshest local, sustainable produce. Still can't believe our very own .rees made this amazing vision a reality for the local community....you're a superwoman X
