Why i became a breath coach / facilitator🫁

The journey of Earth Warriorz is a story for another day, in short it started with a desire to empower others to take control of their own health - both physically and mentally 🕉️

In 2020, as COVID hit, I discovered Wim Hof and the transformative benefits that Breathwork and ice baths had on the immune system and stress 🧊

At the time, I was an Engineer running my own business from the Earth Warriorz warehouse. My passion started with Yoga and Pranayama, ultimately leading me to Conscious Connected Breathwork. Training with and the amazing team at opened my heart to personal healing and ignited my purpose in life ☀️🌈

Earth Warriorz provides a safe, nurturing space where I find immense joy working along side my partner Nicole in helping others heal past traumas and emotional blockages. Our bodies remember everything- the stories we tell ourselves, many of which aren’t true. “Our stories” create pain and suffering through constriction & tightness in both body and mind. These narratives can create anxiety and hold us back from a happy life realising our true potential.
