Happy new year! I’m back on the mat at Swamis tomorrow 10:30am after a little adventure in Koh Samui. Managed to fit in a few classes at the incredible retreat by the ocean including a beautiful sound bath. Feeling refreshed and ready to rock! See you all on the Mat # # #
