Reasons for practicing yoga:
Don't lose control for yourself, your first role is yourself, after that you are mother and wife or other social roles. Take care of yourself, you are the pivot indeed.

We do yoga not only for yoga poses, also called Asana, but also for breathing, meditation, mantra and self discovery.
An authentic yoga practice includes all aspects and it is more like a body union therapy rather than a posture.
