Josh Zatz: "a challenging set of races where skill and teamwork is everything. Because all the boats are the same the only variables are human error.
It's a great opportunity to learn from the other youth skippers as well, watching how they run and organise there boat, all the tactic decisions and calls they make over the 4 races really help each and every other skipper improve.
It's a great pathway for beginner sailors as well as returning sailers as it shows we can work in a team and deal with high stress situations as a team and come up with solutions to some pretty odd and challenging problems."

KATIE SPITHILL was a panellist at SailOurWay mentoring and networking evening. Katie mentioned her very successful MC38 racing campaign in 2023-2024. I was there, some of the fighting and winning captures.
