Client shout out Katya!⭐️
Katya’s been with Edge Fit training with Coach Jake for the past 6 months. She sees massive improvements in her day to day confidence due to huge improvements in strength and a massive increase in overall muscle mass!
Even with full time study she finds time to train 3x per week AND commits to classes.

Understanding that seeing progress isn’t as straight forward as we’d like it to be is the first step in setting realistic expectations for ourselves!
What may feel like going ‘backwards’ or ‘starting from square one’ can actually be your body’s way of giving you feedback.
It may also just be a bad day, or week but in the grand scheme of months and years it barely makes a blip.
The most important yet easily overlooked aspect to health, is having a plan in place.
Holding yourself accountable to training plans, nutrition and ensuring consistency over a long period of time ensures that progress trends upwards
