Who'd have thought the best pancakes could be had at home!
All the goods without the guilt, sugar free, low carbs, high fibre, maximum taste, fluffy phat pancakes! And topped with roasted walnuts! Oh my goodness!

On the way to a local one on one Pilates session.... I am really missing my usual classes & people.. However, I am loving the opportunity to really focus all of my attention to one person at a time.

Side Double Leg Lift Variation -
Laying on one side ensure your shoulders stacked one on top of the other, as are the hips.
Shoulders and hips are in line with your knees and ankles, with your legs a little in front.
Inhale. Bring your breath down the length of your spine, making your entire body as long as you can from tip to toe.
Exhale. Use your abdominals to bring both legs up a few inches off your mat. Focus on keeping your legs together, all the way from your sit bones to your heels.
Inhale. Lower your legs back down to the mat, using control.
*For more of a challenge lift upper body too sliding top arm down the thigh

Prioritise, because you can't take care of anyone else if your not healthy...
Life can be stressful & it's important to listen to ourselves and take a break when needed & if possible...
Being in nature calms my soul as does Pilates... And so whenever I have a tuff day I'm going to remind myself of how good it felt to do Pilates in this magical place at our cabin above the clouds! πππΌπ
