5 years ago I was recommended by a therapist to start journaling, but the question rolled around in my head.

“How the f**k do I even put into words what is going on inside my head”

Fast forward 5 years, some things I’ve learned.

-You’re head can get so busy, try not to waste energy having the same thoughts over and over and OVVVVVERRR again. Its exhausting

Don't just use journaling for firefighting, use it for the good days as well, grab as much evidence as possible that your doing a great job

Anyone whos ever pi**ed you off, write them a letter and burn it/ rip it up/ do whatever. This is the most FREEEING thing ever

Every single client that comes on board with me, one of the first things I recommend they do is start journaling.

You can fix the body all you want, but if your head isn't in check, your gona have the same thoughts and beliefs

This is your sign to go treat yourself to a new journal and grab and coffee xx

I am looking for 7 highly motivated women wanting to work on transforming their body and mind in the next 90 days

For years I too was lost about where to start with training, nutrition,wasn’t confident in myself and hadn't a clue how to train inline with my menstrual cycle

It led me to want to give up because I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted

Fast forward to now and after studying and hiring some of the best coaches around to learn of I know the recipe for success

1. Know you need a helping hand achieving your fitness goals
2. Have a spare 2-3 hours a week to implement my coaching
