Have you noticed that amazing smell of freshly roasted coffee as you roll out your mat? That's Adrian, our lovely neighbour, who roasts his own beans and loves nothing more than a good chat over a great cup of coffee!
The Blaxland Community Coffee Club is open Thursdays and Adrian is happy to open up on Tuesdays and Wednesdays too. 😊

Monday nights Class 7:30pm
Movement- we often say in class that Pilates is functional movement training. We go to class to have the mobility and freedom in our bodies. Which of course gives us more freedom and power to move with ease in our everyday lives. Movement is more than just structure and routine- it’s a key to freedom and functionality.
Holding a strong plank at 10am in the morning- looks like a good thing to do.
Have you tried balancing on one leg while brushing your teeth 🦷 this week? If you haven’t here’s a little reminder to give it a go ;)
