Tomorrow marks the start of our new Strength format and while it might feel a little different at first, there’s a good reason behind it.
We’re now starting tomorrow’s Strength session with the main compound lifts first, with everyone working through them together.
Why?
Because these are the movements that require the most focus, energy and intent. By tackling them at the beginning of the session, you’ll be able to lift better, move better and get more out of your training before fatigue starts to set in.
Once the heavy lifting is done, we’ll move through the accessory exercises designed to complement the main lifts and help you continue building strength.
Trust the process. We think you’re going to love it after you’ve asked all the questions. 🤪
