March/April = 2 huge, emotional months.
Feeling flat, not great in my body, unmotivated in my business and antisocial.

Here what I did to get back to myself again……

💫Stopped engaging in conversations that don’t serve my happiness (still need to massively work on this!)

💫Said YES to a girls lunch
💫Planning my next retreat to attend
💫Took some simple small steps in my business
💫Visualized my next Women’s Wellness Event - it’s going to be awesome! (Friday night)

Lauren is now 36 weeks pregnant and has enjoyed both mat and reformer Pilates throughout her whole pregnancies.

We are going to take it week by week now and she how she feels before baby girl arrives.

Our first little Kurnell Pilates baby is just so special. I have loved being on this journey with you.

Some benefits of doing Pilates during pregnancy: ⬇️
