The machine I knew I needed but didn't have...until today.
This is the Nordic curl machine and great for working those hamstrings. Probably my weakest muscles and the ones I always need to be strengthening.
I was very cautious with the weight as my hamstrings cramp up quickly if it's too hard. Looking at the video the weight was still on the heavy side (as it offsets your bodyweight), but I was happy with this for the first time.
Now to strengthen them up like never before.....so excited 😆
