💛 **CAMP FAQ — WHAT DO I NEED TO PAY FOR & WHICH TICKET?** 🐴✨

We know there are lots of options when booking camp, so here’s a quick guide to help you work out **which ticket is right for you** 👇

# # # 🎫 WHICH TICKET SHOULD I CHOOSE?

**💛 FULL CAMP TICKET**
If you’re staying for **2 or more days**, you’re likely better off with the Full Camp Ticket.

It also gives you the flexibility to come along for **extra days** if your plans change!

👉 **Best value:** Pay before **7 September** to take advantage of the early payment pricing.

**IMPORTANT:** If you purchase a Full Camp Ticket, remember to also book:
🏕️ **Camping — per day**
🐴 **Yard — per overnight stay**

Camping & yards can be booked until **1 October**. Yard bookings are required if your pony is staying overnight.

# # # ☀️ DAY TICKETS

Only coming for one day? A Day Ticket is probably the best option.

If you’re coming for **more than one day on Day Tickets**, you’ll need to select **multiple tickets** and make sure you note which day each ticket is for.

👉 We’re still working on releasing the **Saturday ticket** — it’s a work in progress and we’ll let you know as soon as it’s available!

# # # 🍽️ WHAT ABOUT FOOD?

**Full Camp Ticket** 🎫
Includes **all meals for the rider PLUS one helper**.

**Day Ticket** ☀️
Includes **lunch for the rider only**.

Additional meals will be available to purchase for **$10 per meal, per person**. The additional meal pass is **not yet released**.

# # # 🌱 BEGINNER RIDER TICKET

Our **Beginner Rider** ticket includes:
🐴 Activities for the day
🍽️ Lunch for the rider

This ticket is **for the rider only**.

# # # ➕ ADD-ONS

**🏕️ Camping**
Typically booked **per family**, per day.

**🐴 Yard**
Booked **per overnight stay** and includes bedding — with huge thanks to **Hayters Timber**! 💛

**☕ Coffee Card**
Not released just yet! This will provide access to the coffee van on **Wednesday, Thursday & Friday**.

This will be a **pre-purchase system**, and we strongly encourage everyone to **BYO keep cup** to reduce waste & speed up the process☕️♻️

**🍽️ Additional Meals**
For additional attendees not covered by your ticket.
$10 per meal, per person.
Pass **not yet released**.

**Our biggest tip:** If you’re coming for **2 or more days, have a look at the Full Camp Ticket first** — it’s likely to give you the best value and the most flexibility.

These comments mean **SO much** to our little team. 🥹💛

We put an enormous amount of time, planning, organising and behind-the-scenes work into our events.

Our goal is simple:

🐴 Give riders of **all ages and abilities** opportunities to compete
💛 Create welcoming, inclusive events
🏆 Offer classes and divisions that give everyone something to aim for
🤝 Make sure riders, families, officials and helpers feel supported
✨ And most importantly… create events that people actually WANT to come back to!

And that last comment about Masters really hit home.

Sometimes it's easy to focus on the big classes, the young riders and the next generation coming through . . . but the special thing with riding is you’re never too old to compete, learn something new or have a goal with your horse.** 🐴💪

Fair question… because camp is such an awesome opportunity, great value & you get to experience so much! ✨

We have booked 2 sensational paid coaches for the first 3 days & are lucky enough to have coaches from various disciplines coming to help out. . .
Learn new skills, improve your riding, try something different and get those little tips that can make a BIG difference.

Spend a day or the four days with your pony . . . riding, learning, grooming, plaiting, washing, feeding… basically horsey heaven! 💛

🎉 What a Day! Judges' Highlights from CPC Dressage and Showjumping Championships - 30/08/2026🎉

Our judges were blown away by the talent on display!

From Dressage to Showjumping, it was fantastic to see competitors from a large number of clubs come together and compete to such a high standard. The beautiful turnout of horses and ponies, along with the effort put in by competitors and their families, did not go unnoticed.

To our Assisted and Preparatory riders: keep up the great work! Every level is an important step in the learning journey, and we can't wait to see your continued progress and growth next year.

A huge thank you to all riders for maintaining excellent presentation standards and prioritising horse welfare throughout the competition.

🌟 Harmony Award Congratulations to Shelby T (CPC) and Olivia for earning the Harmony Awards for Areana's 1 and 2. A wonderful achievement!

In the Showjumping arena, it was great to see riders adapting well to optimum time in F, E and D Grades. We especially loved seeing our Poles on the Ground and F Grade competitors gaining confidence and experience. Your focus during course walks and commitment to understanding your rounds showed great maturity and dedication.

Well done everyone. Keep learning, keep improving, and most importantly, keep enjoying the journey with your horses and ponies! 🐎
