Normal things I stopped doing after becoming a mother of two little… and honestly I’ve never felt better 🌞

Rushing
Filling every spare moment
Saying yes when my heart wanted to say no
Ignoring my intuition
Measuring my success by how much I achieved in a day
Feeling guilty for needing help

Motherhood slowed me down enough to notice what truly matters. Following the practice of Satya- truthfulness, has invited me to move slower, ask for help, honour my boundaries, and trust the wisdom of my body

What is one thing you’ve stopped doing since becoming a mother? 🩷🧚🏽‍♀️🌜

For me, nourishment looked less like “doing more” and more like returning to simple rituals 🧚🏽‍♀️

warm tea
mineral-rich foods
rest
sunlight
and moments of stillness.

NORA tea became one small daily ritual 🌞🌊

Turns out my nervous system just needed a sauna, a float… and a break from being “on” 24/7

If you’ve been feeling a little fatigued during pregnancy, this is your little love note that energy doesn’t have to come from doing more sometimes it comes from moving gently and intentionally.

Flow through this modified sun salutation x2 rounds, following your breath and softening where you need to. Let it be slow, nourishing, and supportive for your body and your baby 💌

Then take your time coming into a supported savasana blocks, bolsters, blankets. Whatever helps you feel held ☁️ Allow your nervous system to soften, your breath to deepen, and your whole body to receive 💫

Let me know if you try it, I’d love to hear how it feels for you!

Blessingway ceremonies are heart-centered gatherings that honour the transition into motherhood 🌸
Held in a nurturing space, this gathering weaves together moments of connection, reflection, and deep support. A time to be witnessed and supported by the people who matter most to you.
We begin by sharing cacao, opening the heart and inviting presence, before moving into meaningful rituals that celebrate your journey 💫honouring the mother you are becoming. Together, we create with nature, grounding into the beauty and wisdom of the earth, and close with the tying of the red thread….a symbol of love by the circle of women holding you.

Each blessingway ceremony is thoughtfully created and held with deep care, intention and presence. This 3 hour heart led experience where you are gently honored and surrounded in love as you prepare to meet your baby.

If this offering speaks to you comment “blessingway” I would love to connect and begin weaving something beautiful for you 🍃🪻

You run your fingers through your hair and suddenly there’s more in your hand than you expected.

After birth, our hormones shift dramatically. During pregnancy, higher estrogen keeps more hair in the growth phase. Once baby arrives and those hormone levels drop, many of those hairs shed at once which is why it can feel so sudden.

The good news is that it’s normal… and temporary. While your body finds its balance again, there are gentle ways to support your scalp and hair. One of my favourite little rituals is a simple rosemary hair spray.

Rosemary is known to help stimulate circulation to the scalp and support healthy hair growth plus it smells beautiful and gives you a moment to pause 🌿. Let me know if you’re adding this ritual to your postpartum recovery

Your body isn’t broken, beautiful 🤎
She’s been through a great opening…
a threshold of birth, of becoming.

If you’ve been avoiding your scar,
you’re not alone…so many women do.

But this space is still yours
Still sacred, still worthy of your touch.
Lay your hands there, breathe,
and let your body feel you listening again.

Healing doesn’t need to be rushed…
it just needs your love 💌

This might surprise you…
but prenatal yoga is about so much more than gentle stretching.

In my classes, we move intentionally to relax and lengthen the pelvic floor, support your changing body,
and prepare you for birth through embodied strength and surrender.

If you’re craving a space to move, breathe, and prepare for birth in community, I offer in-person prenatal yoga 🧘🏽‍♀️both private 1:1 and group classes. Send me a DM to learn more and join us.

With love,
Tali x
