The annual TFC Christmas special was a huge success yet again! A challenging Aquathon featuring an Awaba hill sprint was a great burner pre some chrissy treats. Merry Christmas from the TriFit community! 🎄🎅❤️

*Firstly Tomorrow’s forecast:* Sensational with some light rain scattered throughout the morning. Lets go! 🏃🏽‍♂️🏃🏼‍♀️💦

Secondly, I would suggest if you are driving down or have a mate that is. Best to leave your belongings in the car. Bring a change of clothes to enjoy BBQ and drinks after. Bathrooms and change rooms are 100m away at Queenscliff.

*Remember “why” we are running/walking.* representative will be present on the morning and we will have a quick opening discussion from 6:50am-7am to talk about 10’30’60 and the importance of the messaging for the community event.

*Treats/refuel station*
Yes there will be some treats/refuel at Base camp/HQ thanks to , and . BBQ meats also provided.

*Group shot* will be at 9am at Queensy lagoon.

All are welcome to get involved with 10,30,60min options as well as 10,30,60km options to move together and fundraise for .

10 is for 1 in 10 men who live with anxiety or depression

30 is for the 30% increase in men dying from su***de in Australia in the last decade.

60 is for the 60 men we lose every hour to su***de across the globe.
