🗓️ Sunday, December 10th at Wagener Oval, Ashbury.

🏉 Men's game starts at 9:30 AM – please arrive by 9:00 AM.
🏉 Women's game kicks off at 12:30 PM – arrive by 12:00 PM.

All Masters players aged 35 and up are welcome. Beginners with limited AFL experience from 32 years and up are invited to come down and experience Masters Footy For Fun.

💲 The cost is just a $15 club donation, payable by cash or card on the day. Plus, enjoy complimentary post-match drinks! 🥤🍺

🗓 Preseason training kicks off on November 14, 2023, and will run every Tuesday and Thursday until Christmas. Be there by 6:15 pm to warm up for a 6:30 pm start.

This Saturday at Mahoney Reserve, Balmain AFC proudly hosts the Pemulwuy Shield—an event honoring the resilience and ongoing struggles of our First Nations people, named after the inspiring Bidjigal Man from the Eora Nation. ❤️💛🖤

Players will don a guernsey designed by Peta-Joy Williams, featuring Pemulwuy and representing our land, knowledge, and the advocacy of a former player. 🙌

Heartfelt thanks to our Indigenous Round sponsors—Ernst and Young, Alvarez and Marsal, and PwC Australia—for their generous support of the Go Foundation. 🌟

Funds raised during the event will benefit South Eastern Community Connect, making a positive impact in our community. 🤝

Matches kick off at 11 am, with the Men's Reserves and Platinum sides battling Penrith Rams in Round 11. Formalities including a smoking ceremony and traditional dances will take place between matches. The day concludes with a scratch match between Balmain AFC Masters and Macarthur Wombats. 🏉

Bring the whole family and enjoy a fantastic day filled with reflection and entertainment. Plenty of delicious food and drinks will be available! 🥪🍻

Festivities will continue at The Welcome Hotel from 6pm.
