Bands are my favourite! Theyโre perfect for hitting those shoulders from all angles - front, sides, and especially the rear delts. ๐ฅ
Many people think shoulders are just about the front, but that rounded, sculpted look? Itโs all about balance and hitting those rear delts and sides too. Trust me, the bands add that resistance and versatility that make all the difference. ๐

Growing up, weโre often taught not to compare ourselves to others, that weโre unique and special in our own ways. ๐
So imagine living and breathing a sport where comparison is the norm, where being the โbestโ on stage for a mere 20 minutes means everything. ๐๏ธโโ๏ธ
Even when you win thoughts come up- Did I truly face the best competition today? How can I improve further? ๐ญ
Some days having tunnel vision can be hard. Some find motivation in social media, some find it distracting ๐๐ผโโ๏ธ Itโs important to work out which one you are and what is a healthy headspace for you ๐งโโ๏ธ
For me, this sport isnโt just a hobby; itโs part of being me, and has been my therapy through tough times. But in this journey, Iโve learnt the power of a tight-knit crew and silent dedication is key. ๐คซ๐ช

While I donโt eat out regularly- I do love to enjoy a meal out ๐
My weekdays are a hustle, and I love to stay on track and stay disciplined during the week. I generally have an off the plan meal over the weekend ๐
When I do dine out, I always opt for healthier choicesโ lean meats, grilled foods, veggies, and yes, a sprinkle of sushi and burgers! ๐ฅ๐ฃ๐
For me, its finding that happy balance ๐

Ever asked yourself this? I think itโs safe to say, we all do at some point in time, some more than others.
The important thing to remind ourselves of is why we started and to keep moving towards our goals and believing in ourselves.
