BUT if that’s what you’re relying on to determine your progress, you’ll keep going in circles.
Tracking your macros, training, photos and bodyweight isn’t just for perfect days or good weeks.
It’s meant to be done **consistently**, regardless.
Because that’s the feedback you actually need to KNOW if you’re progressing.
Feel weak in a session?
Cool. Look at your training data over the last block and you’ll know if you’re actually weak or if it’s just an off day.
Think you’re eating too much or too little for your physique goal?
Mad. Track your food for at least 2 weeks and it’ll show you if you’re in a deficit, at maintenance or eating in a surplus.
Wondering if you’ve made progress?
Reflect on your photos over the last 6-12 months.
If you’re not tracking, you’re guessing.
And if you’re guessing… you’re not progressing.

🍑 Shorten your range.
🍑 Hinge with your hips.
🍑 Push through your whole foot.
December won’t f**k with your progress IF you don’t let it.
You’ve got a handful of events this month - that doesn’t cancel out 25+ normal days…
Hit your protein.
Eat your usual meals.
Do your steps.
Drink your water.
And keep training f**king hard.
You can still enjoy the silly season and roll in January looking like you train, you just need to act like it
