5 years & a long overdue farewell post 🧡🖤

As I close this chapter, I look back with nothing but gratitude for every early morning, late night, and team session that hit hard.

As the 1st coach you took on, I cannot thank you enough for helping shape me into the coach I am today. You taught me so much and I truly believe you have grown NYF to be one of the best gyms in Sydney 🖤

My OG girls Thank you for becoming friends from colleagues, I have some of the best memories with you both 🧡

To all my members past and present, we built connections, an awesome community, and a shared drive to push boundaries together. Your energy, support and growth made my job the best in the world.

I leave with a full heart and an immense sense of pride to have been a part of something so special

3rd week back after my holiday and feeling focused 😈

I’m not going to lie, the 1st week back training was rough, the 2nd week was marginally better. I didn’t train as much as I’d hoped whilst away (and that’s ok) 😌

Knowing that I have in August I was starting to panic if I’d made a mistake at securing my spot and if I was going to be ready 😮‍💨

Fun fact, you’ll never feel 100% ‘ready’

I kept showing up to train every day, even tho I felt heavy, weak and slow. Consistency & persistence pays off and I can really feel that I’m now able to turn up the heat ❤️‍🔥

Having a goal to work towards really does give you that extra reason to show up and not give up 👊🏼

Thinking of adding of the Sydney half mara for Sept, to keep me motivated after Aug event! Furthest I’ve ran is 14k C2S

Lift weights 🏋🏼‍♀️

And move your body in a way you enjoy 🏊‍♀️ 🚴🏼🤸🏼‍♀️⛹🏽‍♂️🏄🏾‍♀️
