12 Weeks transformation βοΈ
This beautiful client came in with little to no experience in weights training !
Her progress in strength absolutely sky rocketed π as well as her massive loss in fat and gain in lean muscle mass.
This client has been following a structured weights program weekly with 1 session per week in person and 2- 4 alone at the gym following the program in the app .
Alongside the workout , She has been following a strict nutrition plan hitting her protein targets per day and keeping her calories in a 20% deficit.

80/20 rule - Sheβs been consistent eating pretty clean 80% off the time but allowing herself and relax and enjoy/ appreciate the Treats of the world ππ
She has implemented running into more consistently into her training as well .
Was training heavy weights 3x per week and now at maintenance as she reached her goal and dropped 8KG!!!! She is now doing TWO heavy weights + pilates or running .
