Small on purpose. That’s our method.

Every person in class has their injuries and goals on file. When something changes, the exercise changes. That’s how we follow you closely, even in a group setting.

We don’t believe you can call yourself boutique with 10+ clients in one class. So we don’t. 7 clients max in our largest class. 4 max in our circuit classes.

Our why is you. It always will be.

Smart men train Pilates too. 🧠💪🏼

Intelligent training = Strength. Control. Mobility.

Better movement. Better performance.

A little glimpse into why I love what I do 🤍

Working with clients with neurological conditions, like Parkinson’s, is so much more than exercise. It’s about creating a space where they feel safe, supported, and confident enough to keep trying.

A small moment like this, but a big reminder of what movement can do.

We focus on balance, strength, and neuromuscular control, but what stands out most is the progress you can’t always measure… the confidence, the connection back to their body, the willingness to move again.

Those small wins slowly become big ones.

It’s a privilege to be part of that journey 🤍

Flexibility has always been valued in dance — but how it’s trained matters.

I find myself constantly frustrated seeing programs marketed to dancers promising “bigger shapes”, deeper splits and more extreme backbends through aggressive stretching methods. Too often these programs are run by people without appropriate training in exercise science, anatomy, biomechanics or injury prevention.

Research in dance medicine consistently shows that forcing range of motion — particularly through oversplits, pushed stretches or repeated passive backbends — can increase stress on joints, ligaments and the spine, especially in young and developing bodies.

Many dancers are already naturally hypermobile and don’t even realise it. For them, aggressive stretching can actually increase joint instability and injury risk rather than improve performance.

The safest and most effective approach for dancers is dance-specific training combined with strength and controlled mobility — building range that the body can actively support and control.

To be clear, I am not saying don’t stretch, I am just saying HOW your dancers stretches matters!

As parents, it’s worth doing a little homework before enrolling children in flexibility programs that promise dramatic results. Dance educators and movement coaches, have a responsibility to keep learning, reading the research and staying informed so they can protect the growing bodies they work with every day.

Beautiful movement should never come at the expense of long-term health. 🤸💃🕺🩰

We’ve been taught to fear our bodies.

To fear scans.
To fear posture.
To fear aging.

But pain is more complex than a picture.

Your scan doesn’t define your future.
Your posture isn’t fragile.
And a disc bulge is not a life sentence.

Recovery isn’t about chasing perfect alignment.
It’s about building strength, managing load, sleeping well, and creating resilience.

If you want to travel, stay independent, lift your grandchildren, and feel capable in your body, capacity matters more than perfection.

Your body is adaptable.
Let’s treat it that way.
