Remember to never change who you are, it’s always about how YOU feel and not how others feel about you. We should also accept everyone for who they are and not what we think they should be.

This is something I believe in and try and do every day of my life.
When we are at our worst remember that it only takes a moment in your life to create a better life for another fellow human.
Yes it’s taken a long time to get it going but we are now uniting to help all the disaster areas of our country, that’s why tomorrow Virgin Active is welcoming all members and family/friends to workout for free. VA will donate $1 for everyone that comes in through the doors and you also have the option of donating so that we can really get it to those places and humans that have been left with nothing.
