What are the golden rules of giving a hands on adjustment? Consent, observation, assessment, communicate, safety, etc? A survey done by Yoga Anatomy reported that a majority of students find yoga adjustments to be "very helpful".

Yoga at Bicentennial Park this morning. Gorgeous weather and energetic practice. A Korean woman was sitting from a distance and modelling our poses. At the end of the class, she plucked up the courage to come over and ask questions. Unfortunately we didn't understand what she said. Hopefully we will see her again.
