Another in the books for Harri aboard the old ⚓️

A mellow run out of the Heads turned into a spicy ride home, featuring one kite meeting its end in a 40+ knot thunderstorm cell. Wrapped up the full 89 miles in 11 hours, even hitting 25 knots under just main and jib 🌊🌪️🔥

Always good to have the big boatyard job ticked off the list - and with less than 120 days until the start line of the , the countdown is well and truly on! ⛵️

It’s a rainy day in Auckland for the final Triple Series and Julia & Peron are ready for a great downwind around Waiheke.

The forecast says breeze should hold in for a nice quick race for the team - they’re certainly going to need their gear from to keep them dry ☔️

It’s Triple Series Race Week! For the 3rd race, super star .arn0ld is off competing in Sydney so Julia Hamilton will be joining Peron for the last race! Thanks Ella for your great work in the first two races!

The first Triple Series gets underway today on a beautiful cold morning

With Harri on the Race Committee boat this year, Start Me Up looks a bit different with .arn0ld joining Peron for the Series. Last time she was on Start Me Up it was a very rough Three Kings Race, hopefully this is more pleasant racing!

And that’s a wrap on the 2025 SSANZ Northern Triangle for Start Me Up. We were stoked to finish 4th in Division and Overall Corrected Time - we’ll have to aim for a podium next time!

Leg 3 finished up the 500nm race with a bit of everything including some beautiful helicopter shots from and some more fast downwind sailing to bring us to home!

Leg 2: filled with beautiful sunrises, sunsets and tactical calls. The leg gave us a bit of everything including some crucial decisions that positioned us well in the fleet.

The course down to Castle Island was super interesting to navigate and was fantastic going somewhere new. A slightly painful last day meant we did end up 2nd Ross 930 over the line after holding the lead for a while.

Leg 3 starts at 11:30am tomorrow, for a quick sprint home to Auckland. Bring it on!
