SMCC Whalan

📣The official registration of SMCC with NSW Fair trading has been completed by the Whalan Sub committee.

The next step is the very first meeting of the new club to elect Office Bearers and Committee Members on Sunday 24th at Whalan Reserve. The meeting will commence at 9am & will be going ahead irrespective of the weather on the day. The track will be closed for practice during the meeting

➡️ First Item of business: We’re making sure all Castle Hill memberships stay active and roll over to our new club for 2026. A seamless transition of all Castle Hill members to the new club until the end of the year.
➡️ Second Item of business: Electing the leadership team to guide the club forward.️

🙏 We would like as many of our Castle Hill members to come along to have a say in the future of Whalan.

Don’t forget this Sunday 24th is race day out at SMCC Whalan.

Let’s hope the weather will be on outside.

Racing is on this coming Public Holiday Monday SMCC is pumped to have everyone out for another great day of racing at our beloved Whalan track. The crew will be out early prepping the track again to ensure the most enjoyable onroad racing experience in Sydney. If you haven’t been out to the track for a while or have never been. A new Era for Whalan On Road racing is upon us. Fresh ideas and an exciting new outlook starting with ensuring a better, more consistent grip experience. Even with the signature Whalan breeze that comes through on occasion the grip levels were amazing from start to finish. If you’ve never been out to the Whalan track before or haven’t been in a while. You’re in a for a pleasant surprise as the new committee and volunteers are pushing forwards to bring you an elevated racing experience with bigger plans to come in the near future.
