Hey guys, thank you for an amazing first sesh. Lots of sweat (mostly from Kev) and laughs - as always.
Special thanks to Kev, Ersel and Kallistia for leading the various segments.
Keen to see all of you next time: Thursday, 630pm Muay Thai, 730pm Boxing.
I’ll be creating a private group as well, where we can post combinations we will be working on during class, and likely also instructional videos for these combinations.
Also Benji said he will be able to set us up with a logo! So we can vote on that there.
