Community changes everything.
One of the greatest privileges of the Thrive4Women community is being connected to so many extraordinary women.
Women who are building businesses, leading teams, navigating challenges and showing up with courage every day.
When women come together to support each other, something powerful happens.
Knowledge is shared. Confidence grows.Doors open.
Our work is about helping break down the barriers that still exist within systems and creating space for more women to rise into leadership and business ownership.
Because when women thrive, communities thrive. And when we leverage the power of our community, together, we can shift the scales.
✨ We are grateful for every woman who is part of this community, and every woman we have met along the way.

Sharing this conversation because so many women in our Thrive4Women community have told me the same thing - it’s not resistance to AI they are struggling with - it’s a lack of clarity about where it fits.
When you’re already carrying so much, what you need isn’t more tools… it’s intentional integration that creates capacity, not complexity.
If you are struggling to implement AI into your business and feeling a bit over whelmed, this workshop was specifically designed for you.
It's the best investment you can make in your professional development this year.
If this sounds like you, jump on and sign-up - spots are limited to just 15 people in each workshop - Melbourne and Sydney - 25th and 27th March.

So many of the women we coach think they’re stuck…
But often, they’re simply one small shift - one new process, one new tool, one new idea - away from turning a setback into a breakthrough.
Progress isnt always big or shiny.
Sometimes it’s just choosing a smarter path forward.
So keep going.
Keep experimenting.
Keep backing yourself.
Because small business needs women who persevere - and women who aren’t afraid to do things differently.
If you’re ready for more clarity, confidence and community as you grow, thrive4women is here to support your next step - in your own way, at your own pace

Dolly Parton’s words say it all:
“You’ll never do a whole lot, unless you’re brave enough to try.”
Dolly didn’t just dream big - she turned her talent into a business legacy. From music to Dollywood to her global literacy program for children , she’s proof that courage and heart can create impact far beyond what we imagine.
To every woman building a business, leading a team, or starting something new - take that brave step. The world needs what you’re creating. 🌍✨❤️

Every thriving business hits detours - market shifts, client changes, self-doubt sets in or life just happens. Today's Motivational Monday quote is a timely reminder that these aren’t signs to stop, they’re part of building a stronger foundation.
This is something that our Founder and Chief Coach Jane Counsel & Associates has been exploring this past week with the 30 Female broker business owners currently undertaking ANZ's 2025 Doyenne programme.
We've been having some great conversations about the importance of re-framing self-doubt and embracing a growth mindset when your road throws up obstacles, because the biggest personal growth always happens when you are feeling the most uncomfortable.
Our top 3 tips to stay resilient when the road feels blocked are:
1️⃣ Pause & Reframe - Take a breath and embrace the three C's: Catch the negative thought, Challenge it and Change it. Also lean into your purpose and remember why you started your business in the first place.
2️⃣ Lean on Your Network - Reach out to mentors, peers, or your trusted board of Advisers because shared wisdom lightens the load.
3️⃣ Focus on Controllables - Direct your energy to what you can influence today, not what you can’t change. It's a simple little brain nudge that has a huge impact on shifting you back into positive thinking.
Keep laying each brick on your road to success with intention because today’s obstacle can be tomorrow’s breakthrough.
👉 Which tip will you put into action this week?

As women in business, it’s easy to measure our worth by revenue, recognition, or how much we get done in a day. But here’s the truth: your value was never meant to be tied to your output.
At thrive4women we promote that self-worth comes from who you are - your strengths, your purpose, resilience, creativity, and the way you show up for yourself and your customers. The business results will follow, but the real magic happens when you start to believe in your own worth and the positive difference you are already making.
Thanks, Mel Robbins, for this great reminder.
Today, remind yourself: I am enough. I am worthy. I am building something that matters.

Thank you Anita Marshall from for an incredibly insightful presentation to our Thrive community yesterday afternoon on your top tips for building a thriving mortgage and finance broking business and the importance of focussing on succession planning from day 1.
Exit strategies, succession planning and brokers looking to grow their business through buying books has been coming up a lot in our coaching conversations so this was an incredibly topical and timely presentation.
Having first worked with Anita on our Accelerate program 4 years ago, it was an amazing circle of life to have her present back to our Thrive community her top tips for building and selling her broking business and the feedback has been amazing. Thank you Anita for sharing your insights and lessons so generously.
As female business owners, we are often so focussed on solving for our customers, that we don't spend enough time working on our businesses and planning for our future so we know your advice has landed really well.
For those that missed yesterday's session, we are sharing Anita's top 5 tips and if you are looking to sell, buy a book or at least know what your broking business could be worth, Anita is definitely someone you should talk to.
