MYOFASCIAL CUPPING

A therapeutic technique that uses suction cups to lift and separate fascia, relieve muscle tension and improve blood and lymphatic circulation.

Myofascial cupping involves placing cups on the skin to create negative pressure or suction, this lifts the top layer of skin and underlying fascia. The process helps untangle sticky or tight tissue. It allows muscles and connective tissue to relax and move more freely. The suction also increases blood flow to the area, delivering nutrients to damaged areas supporting tissue repair. It may also promote lymphatic drainage to help remove toxic waste from the body.

Massage and cupping complement each other so well!

LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE 💫

Lymphatic drainage massage is a gentle technique that helps move excess lymph fluid, reduce swelling and support immune function.

Our lymphatic system does not have its own pump like the heart. Instead, it relies on movement, breathing and gentle pressure to keep the lymph fluid moving through the body.

Benefits include:
• reduction of swelling and edema (especially caused from surgery or chronic conditions)
• supports immune function
• improvement of circulation
• pain & inflammation relief
• cosmetic benefits (may reduce puffiness of face, improve skin tone and promote a glowing complexion).
