Hasn't it happened to you that when you want to do something new, doubts overwhelm you🤔?

Here I leave you 10 things that I recommend you do to face and overcome them 💯😌

✅Remember that it is a good sign! You are leaving your comfort zone and resistance is normal.
✅To get something you've never gotten before, you must do something you've never done before!✅You don't have to see the whole ladder to take the first step, it's normal not to see how everything will work.
✅Remember that if you don't take a new action (even with doubts), you will stay exactly where you are!
✅Accept the doubt: it is a reminder that you are HUMAN and you are alive.
✅Surround yourself with encouraging messages, people, training, and programming.
✅Read books and advice from people who have done similar things successfully before! It makes it feel more possible for you.
✅Follow MEL ROBBINS's advice to count down and take action - 5-4-3-2-1 - TAKE OFF!!!
✅Sometimes it is helpful to have a real conversation (verbally or in your journal) with the doubt; literally ask him to wait in the other room until you finish acting.
✅Remember that the best way to overcome doubt is to act FAST! Don't even give that doubt time to grow.

Hello! This post is for Soup lovers 💘(like me)🥰

I want to share this recipe that is super healthy, quick to prepare and delicious to enjoy these cold days 🥶❄️ with your family!

Moroccan Chickpea Soup

Serves: 4
Ingredients:

1 serving (32 g) Tomato Soup with Basil✅
4 servings (24 g) Personalised Protein Powder (PPP)
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 celery sticks, chopped
2 tsp. ground cumin
350 mL hot vegetable stock
400 g can chopped plum tomatoes with garlic
400 g can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
100 g frozen broad beans
Zest and juice of ½ lemon
2 Tbsp. coriander or parsley
OPTIONAL: Flatbread, to serve.

Method:

1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan, then fry the onion and celery gently on a medium heat for 10 mins until softened, stirring frequently. Add in the cumin and fry for another minute.

2. Turn up the heat, then add the stock, tomatoes and chickpeas, Tomato Soup with Basil and PPP. Simmer for 8 minutes. Throw in broad beans and lemon juice, cook for a further 2 minutes. Season to taste, then top with a sprinkling of lemon zest and chopped herbs. Serve with flatbread.

Why should I eat breakfast?

Whatever time you choose to eat it, breakfast really is the most important meal of the day!

Breakfast breaks your overnight fast.
Breakfast refuels your glycogen (energy) stores.
Breakfast kick starts the metabolism.
Breakfast provides us with the energy to keep us going throughout the day.

My breakfast consists of three steps, it takes me only 5 minutes to prepare it, it contains all the vitamins and minerals that I need to start my day and it is delicious.

The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step.” Lao Tzu.

Life is an exciting journey but the things we want are rarely, if ever, handed to us on a plate. We have to work towards them, and we start by taking one single, small step.

I want to share with all of you this 4-week plan for those who dare to take the first step and I guarantee that it is super effective in improving your condition and physical performance, if you follow my recommendations you will lose weight and look toned!

Here my recommendation to achieve the goal:

During this 4 weeks, drink a lot of water, avoid the consumption of sugar, soft drinks, white flour and alcohol. Replace these with a balanced consumption of fruits, carbohydrates, green vegetables and protein. Do not skip any meal of the day and include one snack between meals and also remember that rest is essential to achieve goals. I have custom meal plans are available too.

Carla how can I make exercise a part of my regular routine❓

🎯Make everyday activities more active. Even small changes can help. You can take the stairs instead of the elevator. Wash the car yourself. Park further away from your destination.

🎯Be active with friends and family👨‍👩‍👧. Having a workout partner may make you more likely to enjoy exercise. You might also consider joining an exercise group or class, such as a dance class, hiking club, or volleyball team.

🎯Keep track of your progress📝. Keeping a log of your activity or using a fitness tracker may help you set goals and stay motivated.

🎯Make exercise more fun😅. Try listening to music or watching TV while you exercise. Also, mix things up a little bit - if you stick with just one type of exercise, you might get bored. Try doing a combination of activities.

🎯Find activities that you can do even when the weather is bad🏋🏻‍♀️. You can walk in a mall, climb stairs, or work out in a gym even if the weather stops you from exercising outside.
