From the outside, everything looks good. You're capable. You deliver. People rely on you.

But inside, you can't switch off. You lie awake running through tomorrow. You're reactive in ways that surprise you.

This is what I call high-functioning burnout. And it's incredibly common, especially in people who are good at pushing through.

The problem isn't your mindset. It's not that you need to meditate more or take a holiday. It's that your nervous system has been in overdrive for so long it's forgotten how to come down. Stress lives in the body - in your muscle, your gut, your sleep, your immune system.

Kinesiology works at that body level. We find where the stress is physically held and help your system complete the response it never got to finish.
