Joel
With 15 years of strength training and 12 years coaching experience, Joel specialises in muscle building, strength training and body recomposition.

He also works with clients on injury recovery, physiotherapy-based strength training, and sports performance including Muay Thai, boxing and marathon training.

Joel lives the mindset he teaches — he has competed in Muay Thai fights, climbed high altitude peaks and skydives, always pushing limits and helping others unlock their potential.

Juanita
Juanita has been training for 12 years and coaching for 8+ years, specialising in women’s strength training and lower body development.

She helps clients build lean muscle, stronger glutes and confidence, while also guiding them with nutrition, meal prep and sustainable food habits.

Juanita also runs HIIT sessions, bringing energy and motivation to every session.

Joel has been strength training for over 14 years, with a deep passion for muscle building and pushing physical limits.

But the gym is only part of his story.

He has competed in Muay Thai, travelled throughout Thailand training in authentic fight camps, and constantly seeks challenges that test both body and mind.

He has summited Mount Kilimanjaro and travelled to Argentina to climb Aconcagua — proving his commitment to resilience and mental toughness at the highest level.

Joel also has 204 skydives under his belt, with his sights set on progressing into wingsuit BASE jumping.

For Joel, growth isn’t optional — it’s a lifestyle.

He has been on a path of self-development for years, and that’s what makes his coaching different. He’s not just a trainer — he’s someone who has tested himself in real environments, under real pressure.

Juanita has been strength training consistently for over 10 years — building not just muscle, but discipline, resilience and confidence along the way.

Over the last 2 years, she’s added Muay Thai to her training and absolutely loves it. The challenge, the skill, the conditioning — always evolving, always improving.

She’s especially passionate about helping women achieve their body composition goals — building lean muscle, reducing body fat, and creating strong, sculpted physiques and unstoppable mindsets!

With a strong knowledge of leg and glute development, Juanita loves programming sessions that help women shape, strengthen and feel confident in their bodies. Unleashing a new power they didn’t know they had within.

Beyond training, she has a genuine passion for food and cooking. She designs flexible meal plans so clients can achieve incredible results while still enjoying the foods they love and learning how to sustain a balanced approach to both their diet and training.
