☑️ #1: Prepare for your TASK to take longer than expected.

Things outside of your control gets in the way of our schedule from time to time.

A master always expects those possibilities to happen hence why it’s important to create extra time to get the job done.

☑️ #2: DUMP INFORMATION = NARROW DOWN

Important to write a list of things you planned to get done during the day.

Sometimes it can be complicated to get it all done in one day.

We need to narrow it down to task that are similar to each other to continue gaining momentum throughout your day.

☑️ #3: Don’t put off difficult task.

Focus on getting the most difficult task done first which helps increase more productivity throughout your day.

Rather than worrying about doing that one difficult task later that can cause you to procrastinate!

💥Social Media Detox Benefits After Quitting For 63 Days💥

The first week has to be the hardest quitting social media because of FOMO (Fear of missing out.)

You are curious about what people are doing online and if anyone is looking to reconnect with you.

The constant stream of notifications you receive makes it equally hard to step away from your phone.

The best thing to do is to turn off these notifications; the likelihood is that if a close friend or family member has important news, they’ll contact you directly.

I started trying to find new distractions to keep my mind off socials which caused me to fall back into old hobbies at the beginning playing video games, watching old movies, going for long walks, and more.

Found me resetting my daily rituals.
Creating a new morning routine of meditation, reading books, exercising, eating healthy without missing a beat.
You will start to gain more clarity and spent doing much more productive things and improving an area of my life which you’ve neglected in the past.
I redecorated my room within the detox and created a new office.

Started a film-making course and started my YouTube Channel without ever breaking focus, It was the most productive I've ever been since being a competitive athlete.

Stop comparing my life to others and tried to be the next X person. Started focusing more on being the first me.
You will start socializing with everyone, connecting to your creativity, sleeping more efficiently, realized the benefits of doing this can improve your mental health and wellbeing greatly. You may even find, with all the extra time, that you get around to doing regular exercise or take up a new hobby. The possibilities are endless.

🎉🎁 Birthday Announcement!!! 🎁🎉

This is has far beyond then just ordinary!
In life you MUST find our own path.
And I MUST my own.

I believe life is about empowering others including yourself to be the best versions of ourselves and live our life in freedom by choice.

The beginning of the year we started the year with bushfires, floods, followed by the pandemic. Before everything shutdown I was stuck in position where I needed change in my own life having the freedom to live life on my own terms.

Because have you ever had a feeling you’re living life struggling to wake up every morning going to work and finding that something doesn’t feel right and there is more to life then just this (hint hint).

When everything shutdown I was blessed with the opportunity to start a podcast Millennial Success with one of the best friends Giulz Gonzalez interviewing some of the smartest and influential entrepreneurs in the world today. One thing each one of them said it’s important to have a purpose that is bigger than just yourself.

Because we value certainty in our lives with growth and contributing to others around us with our own super powers by the way we help people thrive.

What is your future, your purpose in life?

You and I all know that we are perfect. We have strength and weaknesses in our game.

Important key is to identify your strengths to double down on it and get a clear understanding of your weaknesses to be able to give clear direction on what to pass on for other people to do that work with you.

It’s like sports, you want to be able defence on certain techniques you potentially get caught in.

Key Tips:

✅ Double down on your strengths.

✅ Clear understanding of your weaknesses by learning how to do to eventually pass on task when you can afford it.

Identify if you’re ARTIST (Marketer) or SCIENTIST (Backend tracking data, tools, finances, and systems) in your business.

This will help you to be able to focus on doubling down on which side you should be focusing on when the time is right.

𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐄𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐲 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐢𝐠𝐠𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐈𝐧 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 ⁣

Recently heard a great podcast with one of my ideal speaking on the , Patrick spoke about someone that is envy of the successful person in their lives. That person would speak negatively about him/her now let’s think about what is happening on a deep level of their emotions. ⁣

You might know someone who would do this like I’m mentioning, it’s because they’re jealous of the fact they’re not living their life on their terms. ⁣

Emotions have enormous power! 💥⁣
You are an intellectual person, but emotions play a big role in your life and how you receive information. ⁣

How can you change wrong emotions from a place “Why does my life suck.” To the right emotions with passion, curiosity, gratitude, love, growth, and contribution. ⁣

✅ if you change your physiology (The way you move), what happens next is you change your focus, and the language you use on a daily basis. ⁣

Next phase after changing your language and emotions...⁣

✅ Momentum will start to flow quickly in a great way if you’re in the right state and taking the right actions. ⁣

Biggest word of advice is to learn how to control your emotions otherwise your emotions will control you 🙌🏻
