Some of our women's team attended Michelle Nicolini's seminar yesterday! We are so happy to see many women training on our mats consistently and aim to create and continuously improve on the culture and space that makes it a safe space to do so.

Grappling industries this weekend - Congratulations to Rahul on his first competition and to Marcelo and Tom 🥇 🥇 We saw our competitors executing a lot of what is practiced on the mats and are proud of the work they put in both in the lead up and on the day. Onto the next!

Congratulations to our competitor Nate and coach Rob for stepping onto Australia’s biggest jiu-jitsu stage at Subversion this Saturday. 🎉 Nate put on a strong performance in his debut, and Rob walked away with a split-decision win. We’re extremely proud.

It was also Lance’s final appearance at Subversion as head judge, and coach Fran once again served on the judging panel.

Thank you to everyone who came out to support. What a team.

And thank you to and for putting on another great show and continuing to create these opportunities. We’re always grateful to be involved in any capacity.

Nate and Louis competed at the first of many events last weekend. A good back and fourth and exciting matches to watch with great moments from our competitors. Looking forward to the next ones! Thanks for coaching on the day.
