KGF Member Hannah’s Transformation 🫶🏼

Over 10kg down and running her first half marathon in 12 weeks 🏃🏽‍♀️

Her journey has been so much more than dropping numbers on the scale. Since working together, Hannah has not only transformed her body composition but mindset as well. She has learnt the importance of goal setting and the benefits of stepping out of your comfort zone in order to grow and evolve. She is limitless 🚀

I can’t wait to be apart of Hannah’s journey to complete her first half marathon! So proud of her and all of the hard work she has put in to achieve her goals

KGF community member Gemma! 🌸

One of my favourite things about my job is working so closely with women who prioritise best version of themselves. It inspires and motivates me every day to be able to watch my clients evolve and progress towards their goals ❤️

KGF Community Member Kezia 🔥

After trying multiple unsuccessful extreme diets, Kezia decided to sign up to online coaching for healthy, sustainable results. She has learnt to appreciate the journey 👏🏽

A little from Kezia:
“Honestly before I signed up I was constantly doing extreme diets and loosing a bunch of weight and then gaining it all back and then some. I wasn’t happy with myself or where I was at with my physical appearance as it was the heaviest I had ever been and mental health was s**t because I didn’t like the way I looked.I knew a couple of girls who had/have you as their coach and they inspired me to just get started and do it. When I started with you I was shocked that I could actually eat and I don’t mean one meal a day that’s a salad but actually eat and have snacks and enjoy food. Physically I got my ass handed to me in the workouts but not in a way that made me think “I am never doing this again” but In a way that made me feel good. Initially I was so focused on the weight loss and my physical appearance but when time passed the mindset changed to actually enjoy the process, loving my body through the process and mending my relationship with food. It felt good to even just look at carbs and not think “am I gonna gain weight if I eat toast” but looked at it thinking I need that to fuel myself for the gym or my day today. I started to love myself again and the things I used to love like walking in the mornings. Also the fact that I am trying to incorporate running into my routine is crazy cause if you told me last year or beginning of the year that I would’ve said hell no. I still have a while to go but it’s been amazing so far to see the difference in myself not just physically but mentally.”

KGF Queen Sam Completing Busy Girl 💚

So proud of Sam’s balanced approach she displayed while completing this program. She stayed social, enjoyed all her favourite foods all while achieving amazing results 👏🏽

“The training plan was realistic - it’s easy to make time when it only takes you 45-60 minutes to complete. I learnt that food is fuel. I use to have a bad habit of fasting, and training really hard but i know I need to fuel my body to reach my training potential. I am more aware of what I am putting in my body. I had a fantastic experience working with Kayla - she is so personable and available whenever I needed. Didn’t make me feel guilty for stepping off track, just encouraged me to get back on the train! I’ll definitely be signing up to your 1:1 coaching”

Mia and I worked closely, before and after the birth of her beautiful daughter. It has been inspiring to watch her step into motherhood and be an amazing role model for her daughter whilst still showing up for her own health goals 🔥

This is Mias experience with KGF:
‘Kayla is an amazing coach, support, hype girl and down to earth person to have as a coach and friend in your corner in your fitness and lifestyle journey. I first started training with Kayla when she first started out as an online coach, watching her grow as a person and on her fitness platform has truely been inspiring as a female to watch and admire to want to push myself and be better! She’s inspiring and such a lovely person. Last year after giving birth, post partum was extremely hard to love myself, put myself first and start practically as a beginner again with a lot of weight to lose. I was unhappy and self conscious of the new “mum bod” I had. Kayla was extremely supportive and encouraging of my goals. She always made me feel like a superwoman with all my body enabled me to do and within a year I accomplished so much. She always made sure I didn’t feel overwhelmed with my new mum life / fitness journey. I have lost over 20 + kg with Kayla’s nutrition education, approach to a balanced lifestyle and a training program to progress through. I feel so strong, educated and happy with where I am today from kaylas online coaching program.”

I saw a post that I really liked, that said “doing a body building show doesn’t need to be the next step in your fitness journey”

With all of the glitz and glam on show day all over social media, it's no surprise that many people feel that hopping on stage needs to be the next step in their fitness journey!

However, it's important to remember that bodybuilding is an extreme sport, and it's not for everyone! Leading up to that one day that you see highlighted over your socials, is 6 months of extremely hard work. Achieving a competition-ready physique requires a level of dedication and commitment that is physically and mentally demanding.

It's crucial to weigh the potential risks and benefits of competing and to remember that there are many other ways to achieve your fitness goals without going to such extreme measures.

Ultimately, the decision to compete should be based on personal preference and readiness, rather than external pressures
