When life feels uncertain…

What do you do?

Moving to NZ was risky - I left behind all certainty. Everything that might suggest security, like a roof over my head, good work, and strong relationships.

So what happens when you pull all of that away? Nothing feels familiar anymore. Like the tectonic plates are moving beneath you constantly.

When it all feels rocky, I think regardless of where you find yourself, sticking to the basics works.

Hydration - Quality water and electrolytes 💦

Nutrition - Real food with real ingredients 🥩

Movement - Intentional strength training & play time 💃🏼

Sleep - Protecting it, like it’s your job 😴

Mindset - Create the life you want by focusing on more of what you want 💭

Nature - No phones, just let the Mother do her work ☀️

Community - Real people, no dramas ✨💛

Balance the body by focusing on improving the foundations of your health. Being guided by your heart is easier when you feel energised and well.

Why the move: Part 2

You ever get that feeling that something needs to change?

Like a gut feeling that the path you’re on isn’t the one for you anymore?

In Sydney work was great, I was surrounded by beautiful friendships, amazing beaches, lived in a gorgeous house…

But something inside me kept whispering as I went through the same weekly routine, over and over - ‘I need a life revamp’

So, I did what I always do when I feel a little stuck — I tried to fix it by doing MORE!!! Can you relate? Haaaa… 🫠

Worked harder. Pushed for more. Built more.

Thinking that if I just achieved the next thing, I’d feel better.

Spoiler: I didn’t.

It wasn’t burnout — it was this feeling of misalignment. And that’s a VERY different kind of tired.

So, I started listening to that gut feeling instead of fighting it.

Sometimes growth doesn’t look like adding more —
it looks like letting go.

Why the Move: Part 1

I’ve been asked a lot lately — “Why move to New Zealand?”

Honestly, it started as a feeling I couldn’t explain.

Something in me shifted here last year — my body, my energy, my sense of self.

Back in Sydney, everything looked perfect on the outside, but inside, I was starting to feel disconnected.

Cutting my hair was the first sign I was letting go of an old version of me. Rebellion!!! 🤣🫣

Change is messy, confronting, and sometimes heartbreaking… but it’s also how we find our way home to ourselves.

Slip-ups with your food choices or not getting to the gym don’t define you. Staying consistent does! 😊 Don’t let a tough day, turn to a tough week.

Stock your kitchen with self-worth and remember your power of choice.

Your body shifts when you love it, not when you shame it, punish it, or hate it. It’s a mindset. Change the voice inside, and your outer world follows.
