This V-sit challenges core strength and balance in a big way. But there’s more happening than what you see, staying engaged, following along, and working with peers builds social skills right alongside the physical ones, all in one activity. 🤩

This activity challenges our student to stay steady on a balance ball while kicking over cones placed around him, one at a time — combining movement, control, and focus all in one go. 🧠
