Coogee Bathhouse - Coming Soon

Well, this is a bit exciting…experience unbeatable Group Training and a Bathhouse under the one roof.

Opening in July, but memberships to each facility are separate and limited so DM us to join the waitlist now.

Hurry, this new facility in the heart of Coogee Beach (corner of Brook street and Coogee bay road) will be without peer - a place to train with local like minded legends then unwind in the communal Bathhouse limited to 6 persons per 45 minute block, you will book in exactly like the classes via our App and use the multiple saunas and hot/cold plunge pools as you see fit or under our expert guide - can you make the polar club of 5 minutes in the cold plunge? 🥶

This Bathhouse is Contrast Therapy at its best and the benefits are endless. Join now before memberships are closed, we expect it to be sold out before open.

We are creating a new fitness brand to the S1 family called THE PITT GYM.

It will open where our studio currently is, after it relocated to Coogee Bay Rd. It will be a swipe in/out gym offering free weights, cardio machines and sauna for an affordable price so our S1 members (and others if not sold out) can train at their own speed when they don’t feel like a HIIT workout.

2 different gym offers plus a Bathhouse for the legends of Coogee. It doesn’t get any better.
