Looking for a delicious smoothie recipe that the whole family will love? This recipe is not only high in antioxidants, but tastes great making sure that all your micronutrient requirements are covered.

As a mum with fussy eater’s this recipe makes sure the veggies are covered!

Hot tip… freeze all fruits as they start to ripen it prevents waste and they are great for smoothies!

Recipe:
X4 frozen strawberries
X2 Tbsp frozen spinach
X2 Tbsp frozen mixed veg
X2 Tbsp frozen broccoli
X2 Tbsp frozen blueberries
X1 frozen banana
X 1/2 frozen apple
X3 snowpeas
X3 sliced rounds zucchini
X5 Tbsp vanilla yoghurt
1-1.5 Tbsp honey

Add water or milk of choice
Blend until smooth

3 Ingredient air fryer doughnuts

RECIPE:
- 1 cup flour
- 2 Bananas
- Coconut oil / butter

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mash banana and mix flour
- Roll into balls
- Glaze lightly with coconut oil / butter
- Air fry for 6-7 mins
- Glaze lightly again
- Roll in cinnamon and sugar

Makes 12 balls

Calories 75 per serving

4. Exercise… even if it’s just a walk around the block get outside and breathe some fresh air
5. Stay hydrated… try drink 2 litres a day
6. Doing things you love… fill your cup when it overflows you have more to give others
7. Happy mind healthy body… create a daily mantra of reasons to feel good
8. Time in nature… walking barefoot “earths” your body, lowers blood pressure and centres you
9. Spend time with people you love… laughing and spending time with loved ones increases endorphins and elevates mood
