New 6am Classes

Don't forget our new 6am Vinyasa classes start on Monday 15 June.

Join Jo Walsh on Mondays, and Michelle Todd on Wednesdays and Fridays.

When you provide feedback, we listen, and these early morning classes are a direct result of what our community has been asking for.

There is something special about starting your day on the mat, creating space to move, breathe, and connect before the busyness of life begins.

We can't wait to welcome you to these new classes at Alasana.

Join us for a deeply nourishing evening of Yin Rebirthing Breathwork.

This 1.5 hour session is designed to support gentle release, nervous system regulation, grounding and reconnection with self.

Unlike some forms of Breathwork, this is a softer and more restorative experience. No yelling, screaming or intense cathartic expression. Just space to breathe, soften and gently let go of what you may be carrying.

Through conscious breath, stillness and guided support, you will be invited to slow down, reconnect with your body and create space within.

Friday July 3rd
7:00pm–8:30pm

Facilitated by Alison Morris

No cost for Alasana members
Non members $45

This offering is suitable for beginners and those seeking a calm, supportive environment to explore Breathwork in a safe and grounded way.

Bookings essential.

Introducing the newest team member at Alasana.

Natasha Voudouris🙏

Natasha had practised yoga before, but a retreat in Byron Bay changed everything, and something clicked. The way it felt in her body, the release, the stillness after, she was hooked. From there she went deep, training in Pilates, then completing her 200-hour yoga teacher training at One Hot Yoga in Potts Point.
Yoga changed how she lives in her body. It brought her body love, confidence and a real sense of self, and that's exactly what she wants for the people in her classes.

Her vinyasa classes are immersive and unhurried, set to music that pulls you in. The vibe is warm, expansive and grounding, a space to breathe, move and genuinely slow down. She's passionate about movement as a healing tool, and about helping people feel connected to themselves and in awe of what their body can do.

Natasha also teaches Reformer and Mat Pilates and is a certified Breathwork Facilitator.

NATASHA WILL BE STARTING ON THURSDAY JUNE 4 AND WILL BE TEACHING 6PM VINYASA.

The Alasana Bali Retreat 2026 has already been so much more than I could have imagined.

From the peaceful energy of Komune Resort & Beach Club Bali, to the deep experience at Pyramids of Chi.

Sunrise moments, Yoga, meaningful conversations, transformation, laughter and connection.

Uma Ceking Resto and Swing, Nusa Lembongan, swimming with manta rays, massages, facials, sacred water cleansing at Tirta Empul Temple, beautiful meals at Waroeng D'Yoni, and rebirthing breathwork with Anthony Ball.

So much beauty.
So much gratitude.
So much growth.

And we still have another day and a half together.

Alasana. A safe space to be you ® even in Bali!

Next retreat March 2027! Who is coming?

For years, I have waited for this day.

Today is Day 1 of the Alasana Bali Retreat 2026.

Over the next 5 days, I will be holding space for 18 beautiful humans, and I am incredibly grateful to have Michelle Todd by my side for this journey.

I do not know exactly what to expect.

I have planned all that I can.

I cannot control the weather, and today the rain has been pouring heavily.

What I can control is creating a space where people feel safe, supported, and cared for.

My hope is that everyone leaves here feeling just a little more grounded than when they arrived.

There is something about Bali that brings me a level of peace that is hard to find when I am home. Maybe it is the slowing down, maybe it is the connection, maybe it is simply being present.

Whatever it is, I am grateful to be here.

Love to all.

Setting up the room for tonight’s classes and I felt like doing something a little different.

Everything in the world feels a little muddled at the moment. I normally like things in straight lines, organised and predictable, but tonight I decided to place the mats diagonally across the room instead. Slightly off centre. Slightly unfamiliar.

I’m curious to see how everyone reacts when they walk in and realise things are not quite as they usually are.

Sometimes even the smallest change can feel uncomfortable. It reminds us how much we cling to routine, structure and certainty.

But maybe there is something beautiful in gently stepping out of our comfort zone while still knowing we are safe, supported and held.

To our beautiful Alasana community, Happy Mother’s Day.

We are all here today because of a woman.
A mother.
A grandmother.
A stepmother.
An auntie.
A friend.
A woman who loved us, raised us, guided us, carried us, supported us, or simply held space for us when we needed it most.

Today can bring many emotions.
Joy, gratitude, grief, longing, love, sadness, reflection.
Please know that wherever you sit within that today, you are welcome here.

To the mothers doing their best every single day, we see you.
To those longing to become mothers, we hold you gently.
To those missing their mum today, we honour your love.
To the women who nurture others simply through their presence, thank you.

May today remind us of the strength, softness, resilience and love that women bring into this world.

A little gift for all our students today. Thank you

With love,
Alison
