Did you see our sneaky drop on Momence today?

We've added a new class! A 6 am Sol Flow every Monday, with Chris, starting Monday 21 September (yep, next week).

Our Sol Flow is built for the days you want growth. It's a warming vinyasa-inspired flow that encourages heat, exploration and growth. The perfect way to kick-off the week ahead.

If you have never practiced with us before, come and try out our space, meet our teachers and see what is possible with our 14-day trial with unlimited yoga for $50. Founder Memberships, Class Pass Packs and Drop-ins are also available. Visit us at www.solsoma.au

We can't wait to see you on the mat! 💚

We will be offering 8 free classes over the day, giving you, your family and friends an opportunity to see the space, try our classes and meet our teachers.

We're also launching Mat Pilates and will have our first Solsoma Incubator class, supporting the lovely Meg on her Australian teaching journey.

It's also our Co-Founder Michelle's birthday and we'll have cake and tea (thanks to the lovely Anita) to celebrate throughout the day.

It's a big day and bookings are essential. You can head to www.solsoma.au, or check out our details in our bio to book your classes today!

We'd love to see you there 💚

We're on the lookout for Yoga and Mat Pilates teachers who want to share their knowledge, passion and love for movement and growth with our community.

We value authenticity, consistency and inclusivity and honour the traditions of our practice.

We see ourselves as a counter culture to the
sea of beige and wellness hustle culture. We are not striving for perfection. Instead, we prioritise Embodied Growth and Depth without Dogma.

If this resonates with you, we want to hear from you. Reach out to us ([email protected])

In 29 days we'll be launching Mat Pilates Solsoma which is also our Co-Founder Michelle's birthday!

We'll be taking advantage of the long weekend by offering free Pilates, Yoga and (importantly) cake all day on Monday 5 October.

Come and join us, bring a friend, and see what Solsoma is all about.

We can't wait to see you on the mat!

We believe that supporting new, emerging and returning teachers is important for their individual growth, but also for the yoga community more broadly.

We're excited to announce the , a space for teachers to practice, grow and develop their skills while being supported by a Solsoma teacher.

Our Incubator classes will be offered monthly, free to the Solsoma community and a great opportunity to support yoga teachers on their path.

We'll be launching details over the coming week or two, so keep your eyes on the timetable.

We're also happy to hear from teachers in the area who may be interested, feel free to reach out 💚
