As part of a comprehensive Onside warm-up, our juniors use bear crawls to help develop joint mobility in the hips, wrists, spine, quads, ankles, and knees. The primary muscles used during this exercise are the core as well as the shoulders, triceps, chest, glutes, and leg muscles

One of our coaches, Cameron Orr, is a current professional player who has played for the NSW Waratahs, Gloucester Rugby, The Western Force and, most recently, the Melbourne Rebels. Whilst still playing professionally, Cameron has also amassed ten years of coaching experience with primary aged players.
