Hey team, quick announcement 👇

There will be no classes running on Monday due to the public holiday.

However, you’re more than welcome to come in for self-training, and you’ll have full access to the programming in the studio 💪

Classes will resume as normal on Tuesday the 9th.

Meet Coach Agnes!
I’m a girl who once lost 10% body fat myself, so I know firsthand how far the distance is between wanting to change and actually changing.

🎓 Background

• Bachelor of Sports Science, University of Sydney
• Doctor of Physiotherapy, Macquarie University (in progress)
• 3 years as a certified personal trainer

And that's a wrap on the rowing challenge! Huge congrats to all participants - you guys crushed it.

Special shoutouts to our top 500-meter rowers:
Pat with an impressive one minute and 35 seconds, and Catherine with one minute and 47 seconds.

Also, kudos to Pat for being the most improved, shaving off fifteen seconds, and to Christine for a 5-second improvement.

Great job, everyone! Let's get ready for the next challenge.
