beautiful Yogui people, l hope everyone is going very well =D we are happy to let you know that 🌿Jungle Yoga🌿 is open to aims to create a place to escape the daily grind and hustle of city life and get back in touch with ourselves and a little closer to nature.
We are open from 6 am until late to give you different types of classes. You can reach out for any requirement, price, rent of the room and different classes.
We can’t wait to see you and be part of the Jungle Yoga Family.
All our beautiful teachers, have a lot of experiences around the world and their are excited to share their knowledge with you.

Flexible in my body, flexible in my mind.
The process is hard, but the learning time.
I am getting super strong, and I loved it.
I love the achievements and the people around me.
I am happy to meet new people. Some doors are closed, but new ones start to open and are just perfect. A new beautiful capture is I am writing now.

(Baddha Virabhadrasana, literally Bound Warrior pose) is one of those poses in which all aspects of yoga can come together: strength, flexibility, inward reflexion, acceptance and a sense of surrender to the universe.
🌿Skandasana (Half Squat Pose) is a variation of Malasana (Squat Pose)
