Consistency when it’s hard to do things can become less about discipline and more about design.
It’s not always about willpower or the person standing next to you having more time or more drive in the morning.
Maybe they just designed their day a bit different to make sure they could move at least once & to make sure when the willpower or discipline let them down - they didn’t actually need it.
Three small things that can make a difference to your day when it’s hard in winter.
1. Try booking a week ahead not on the day. Commit to your self
2. If you’re new, pick one class style or time slot as your anchor & then add others around it
