All night loooooong! Listing to Lionel Ritchie and imagining a tapas style weekend with all my favs. Paneer Tikka, Tandoori Reshmi Saffeon Chicken Kababs, Lamb Kababs, Chicken Tikka, Amritsari Fish with a side of Slaw and of course Batata Vadas ... I feel BBQ-y.
Im going to make a bunch of rolls of all these goodies in Naans with Raita and Serve up a cucumber and onion salad! Maybe some feta too....😆

Soooooo, when I cant dance ... I cook! I can't wait to dance again with my team but till then I'm going to get really fat lol. I have been on a mission to cook all my fav Asian meals but Low Fodmap! So above we have Chilli Soba, Salmon Poke Bowls, Baker's Delight Rolls a la Thermomix, Jajangmyoen, and of course that bloody tik tok pasta (totally overrated). Till I am back in the studio ....
