With over 30 years in the game, Cesar arrives with elite coaching credentials with a family soccer background across JDL and NPL, a proven track record building academies from the ground up & experience leading teams on the international tournament stage.
3 years Head Coach Blacktown Spartans Fc.
Holds FFA/AFC Lic Diploma & Certification Laws of the Game.
He’s also a fitness instructor Speed & Agility represented state Champions 1st place Taekwondo Black-Belt.
