When you have a baby, you're likely to experience some pretty intense physical changes. And while most of them are amazing, they can also be uncomfortable and even painful. 😩

We spoke with who used an Mg Physioflow after giving birth three months ago and noticed how much better her recovery was compared to with her first child. 😲 The breathing device and app helped strengthen her core and pelvic floor muscles, which resulted in less back pain for her—and she wish she'd known more about Mg Physioflow when she had her first baby because it would have helped her recover faster❗️
