PERFORMANCE BENCHMARK RE-TESTING WEEK IS HERE
After 8 weeks of hard work, consistency and commitment, it’s time to see how far you’ve come!
Monday – Strength (LB)
Back Squat Testing Day. Time to put your training to the test and chase those PBs.
Tuesday – Summit
The final Summit progression of the block. Pace yourself, stay focused and finish strong.
Wednesday – Strength (UB)
Bench Press Testing Day. Trust the process and back yourself.
Thursday – Cardio HIIT
Fast-paced intervals designed to challenge your fitness, intensity and output.
Friday – Balanced
A great session to focus on control, stability and movement quality after a big week of testing.
Saturday – Power
Explosive movements and athletic performance to finish the week on a high.
Sunday – HYROX Week 8
Another big HYROX session as we continue building strength, endurance and race-day confidence. The hard work is paying off, and we’re getting closer to race day every week. Bring your energy and let’s keep pushing forward together!
