WEEK 7 – RECOVERY
You’ve put in the work. You’ve shown up, pushed through the tough sessions and continued building momentum throughout the Commit To 30 Challenge. Now it’s time to give your body the chance to recover so it can keep performing at its best.
High-frequency training places stress on your muscles, joints and nervous system. Prioritising recovery helps prevent injury, reduces fatigue and allows you to continue making progress without being sidelined.
This week, be accountable by making recovery part of your routine:
💤 Prioritise quality sleep
💧 Stay hydrated
🥗 Fuel your body with nutritious food
🧘 Stretch, foam roll or take a low-intensity walk
Remember, recovery isn’t taking time off—it’s part of the training process. Recover well today so you can perform even better tomorrow.
Let’s finish these final weeks strong, Team!

WEEK 7 AT BFT HORNSBY
We’re into Week 7, team! The finish line is getting closer, and this week’s sessions are all about putting your hard work into action. Every class is another opportunity to get stronger, fitter and more confident. Let’s make every session count!
Monday – HIRT
Kick the week off with lower body HIRT. Expect a mix of EMOMs, partner work and an AMRAP finisher that will challenge your strength and endurance. Pace yourself early and finish strong.
Tuesday – Summit
Time to fire up the engine. Longer work intervals and shorter recoveries mean it’s all about controlling your breathing, staying consistent and trusting the fitness you’ve built.
Wednesday – Hyper (Upper Body)
Upper body strength takes centre stage with a focus on pushing and pulling movements. Build strength, improve stability and keep every rep controlled.
Thursday – Cardio U
The final Cardio U HIIT of the block. Expect your heart rate to climb with longer periods at high intensity. Stay focused, embrace the challenge and leave it all on the floor.
Friday – Strength (Mixed)
Lower reps mean it’s time to lift heavier. Focus on quality movement, strong technique and challenging yourself with every set.
Saturday – Podium
The final Podium session of the block. Grab your training partner and put your teamwork, communication and fitness to the test. Bring the energy and finish the week on a high.
Let’s attack Week 7 together, Hornsby. Keep showing up, keep encouraging each other and keep building on everything you’ve achieved so far. We can’t wait to see you all in the studio.
