If you’re a physio clinic looking to add real value for your patients, I’d love to bring this to you too. Hypopressives can be a brilliant tool alongside pelvic floor physio.

A lot of women I work with are already working really hard.
☑️ They are doing kegels
☑️ They are following the cues
☑️ They are putting the time in
But they are still not seeing results. And still experiencing pelvic floor symptoms like:
‼️Heaviness
‼️Tampon falling out
‼️Pain
‼️Leaking
What’s usually missing isn’t strength. This is where hypopressives come in! Hypopressives help the whole core to function more holistically, as it should. Hypopressives can feel surprisingly supportive when other exercises haven’t.
