Ted taking on the hills of Sydney at the recent Hoka Half Marathon!

Ted has consistently shown up in training with us and proved he is eager to improve and enjoy his training - just one week after the Hoka Half, Ted cycled 158km around parramatta and Western Sydney on his road bike.

Next up is Sydney Marathon to take on the full loop of Sydney and we’re looking forward to the training ahead 🔥

A big congratulations to our runner Beau on completing her first Half Marathon in May this year.

We have had the privilege of having Beau on since August 2025 and have watched her go from strength to strength with her running.

Next up is Hyrox Doubles and a sub 60 minute 10km 🏃‍♂️

The biggest mistake in half marathon training?

Your easy runs are too fast.

Most runners push every session to a moderate effort because it feels productive.

It is the worst of both worlds, too hard to recover from and not easy enough to build a real aerobic base.

Keep about 80 percent of your week genuinely easy and your hard days get sharper.

It’s not all trails and dirt over here!

We have plenty of road runners taking to the tarmac this season and we’ve just had Kaia complete her very first marathon after some very impressive half marathons in previous months.

Kaia’s season is stacked with another marathon throughout November followed by her first ultra at Tarawera in New Zealand in February.

Another 50km ticked for Elyse in preparation for her next big event.

This was Elyse’s second time at the Ultra Trail Australia and we have a feeling it isn’t the last.

We’re excited to watch the rest of your journey unfold!

Congratulations to our guy Jack for crossing the line at the recent Ultra Trail Australia 100km.

Jack prepared for this event by taking on the buffalo stampede grand slam, totalling 72km over a 3 day period at Bright.

A monster effort and well deserved crossing of that line.
